Schlechter Support, noch schlechtere Serverstabilität und die schlechtesten Anti-Consumer-Richtlinien. Das einzig Schöne, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass der Support schnell antwortet. Sie sagen Ihnen schnell, dass sie Sie nicht erstatten, selbst wenn Ihr Server ständig entweder verzögert oder offline ist. Sie können Ihren Server schnell so ändern, dass er vollständig offline geschaltet wird, bis sie es für richtig halten, ihre Änderungen rückgängig zu machen, egal wie viele Tage dies dauert. Sie ignorieren schnell, was Sie sagen, kopieren und fügen eine Antwort ein, die nichts mit Ihrem Problem zu tun hat, und schließen Ihr Ticket. Dafür gibt es 2018 keine Entschuldigung.

Ich habe Probleme mit einem Host namens Citadel Servers. Ich bin zu Servers.com gekommen, um nach einem besseren Gastgeber zu suchen. Der Kundenservice auf dieser Seite ist wunderbar. Vielen Dank an Servers.com, dass Sie mich zu neuen Serveroptionen zu einem vernünftigen Preis gut beraten haben.
