Ich habe meine Domain auf sie übertragen und sie sagten, dass sie sich auch um alle DNS-Einträge kümmern würden. Nun, meine E-Mail ging runter, weil sie KEINE DER AUFZEICHNUNGEN HINZUFÜGEN. Ich habe den Support kontaktiert, aber es gab niemanden, der DNS an den Wochenenden aktualisieren konnte. WILLST DU MICH VERÄPPELN? Meine E-Mail war wegen dieser Idioten ein ganzes Wochenende lang ausgefallen. Vor einigen Monaten gab es einen Massenausfall und sie gaben keine Details an. Sie haben auch eine nutzlose "Status" -E-Mail an Kunden gesendet, aber sie haben die Kunden nicht BCC und so konnte ich die E-Mail-Adresse jedes einzelnen Kunden sehen. Ich schwöre, dieser Dienst wird von einer Gruppe von Amateuren betrieben. Ich habe derzeit ein anderes Problem und auf der Website kann ich nicht einmal ein Ticket öffnen, da ein Fehler in der Support-Software vorliegt.

verbrachte Stunden zwischen Centurylong am Telefon und sparte das Hin- und Hergehen für einfache Dinge wie das Anmelden eines Kontos, das Kaufen von Produkten usw. Schließlich verlor ich den Zugriff auf meine Noteone-Daten
